Bali Regency Realty (BRR) is a 100% foreign-owned company, licensed in Bali, Indonesia, to conduct business in property consultancy. Known locally as a “PMA” company, BRR has no local ownership or shareholders, but is owned and managed by two British Nationals, resident in Bali.

BRR is a small company dedicated to serving the interests of its customers and focuses on private villa developments exclusively.

Its two owner/partners bring a depth of experience and expertise to BRR from previous land development projects in Bali and Australia as well as business experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, and, operational management.

Recent development projects include Villa Menari in Umalas (www.villamenaribali.com) and the Villa Gembira, Seminyak, due for completion in April 2006.
