the land and its structures return to the landowner upon expiry of the
lease. In other words, you are not able to redeem the value of the investment
you have made since you will not be able to sell the land or your property
on it. Given that the value of your investment is considerable, BRR does
not recommend land leasing to its customers, as we wish to provide customers
the opportunity to realize the value of their investment, should they
